We started working with them 18 months out, and all the way through to the end of our trip, they were always there for us to answer all our questions and meet all of our needs. Everything we asked for or needed during the trip, they took care of. Everyone on their team – from the top down, was knowledgeable, safety-conscious, professional, friendly, and customer-oriented. “We had an amazing time on our trip. Students on Broadway had all details in place and organized, I didn’t have to worry about one detail. We went on the NYC Guided Tour and our tour guide was AMAZING! We couldn’t stop telling people about the incredible knowledge that he has and how laid back the trip was. Usually I feel rushed on guided tours, but with this tour everything was planned with adequate time and even perfectly timed bathroom breaks. All staff that we interacted with was happy to assist with any questions we had. Hats off to Students on Broadway, highly recommend!!“

“This was a most amazing and memorable trip for all involved, from the Trabuco Hills High School Thundering Mustangs Marching Unit and staff, to chaperones, support parents, families who traveled to NYC, as well as family members and friends who supported and cheered us on from home. As a primary THHS Macy’s Committee member, I worked directly with an SBNYC team that was proactive, attentive, informed, strategic, organized, and creative from the very first meeting in 2019, through a difficult 2020 year, to wheels down back in California after the 2021 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. This trip far surpassed any other long distance trip that I have been on with our Instrumental Music Program with regards to planning and execution and I would not hesitate to select SBNYC in the future. The only thing better than the white glove service from everyone in red jackets was the weather! Thank you SBNYC for #ThanksgivingOfALifetime.”

“There are just not enough words of praise and adulation that can bestowed on the team at SBNYC! After the announcement of our participations in the Macy*s Thanksgiving Day Parade in March 2019, we had many prospective travel companies to choose from and selected SBNYC based on their experience and being located in New York City. We were very happy with our selection and would choose SBNYC for any of our future trips! The students, parents and staff were very pleased with our experience with the SBNYC team after 2.5 years of planning for the trip of a lifetime. The SBNYC staff members were the consummate professionals, always proactive, very-detail oriented and strategic in how to most efficiently travel from California to New York. We were in constant contact with the team for every imaginable detail, from the first planning meeting in April 2019 to the last day of the trip in November 2021. Despite the unthinkable pandemic of COVID-19 which postponed the trip for a year, SBNYC diligently worked with the staff and parents from Trabuco Hills High School to ensure that we could re-group and try again for 2021. Even when we faced some obstacles during our trip in 2021, they were at the forefront of resolving those issues quickly and efficiently. After heading up many trips during my tenure at Trabuco Hills, I can confidentially say that this was definitely the #ThanksgivingOfALifetime in no small part to everyone at Students on Broadway!”

It was convenient to walk just about everywhere we wanted/needed to go and public transportation was accessible. The hotel room itself was ok, very basic. It could have been better if there was a mini refrigerator and coffee maker. We had great seats for the Lion King. Students on Broadway provided exceptional service from the start when Adina reached out to confirm our number of Lion King tickets. If my daughter’s band (Hampton University Marching Force) used this travel service again, I would not hesitate to take advantage of the Friends/Family & Alumni package again.
